When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 5 business days. Rush orders are delivered within 24 hours. Delivery times begin after payment confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive full ownership rights to your personalized song. You may use it for personal purposes, including sharing on social media, playing at events, and creating personal videos.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your song, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Resell or commercially distribute songs without permission
